LEADERSHIP - INTRODUCTION
NFP Initiatives is the oversight organization for Advancian to ensure participation by a broad
spectrum of individuals, financial transparency, and mission fulfillment.
AdvanCN is the founder and designer of Advancian. AdvanCN is a religious organization, established
in 2008, to bring about global peace. The religious influence and inspiration serves to ensure that
AdvanCN can build the System Core without government interference, as the first amendment
rights within the constitution of the United States, allows a religious organization and the people to
bring about societal advancement without it being considered treasonous, as it states:
Amendment I - Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting
the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the
people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The religious foundations of AdvanCN is detailed in the book Amen Code. Advancian – Systemic
Reform Solutions is the second part of the Amen Code and fulfillment of the order’s religious
mission.

W. Iamwe is the founder of AdvanCN and Advancian, author, the visionary of the System Core and

Iamwe was born in the United States in 1970, grew up in San Diego, California, and migrated to
Chicago, Illinois in 1995.
Iamwe received her Master’s in Social Economics and a Ph.D. in Theology from the Ordination
Institute – Chicago Seminary, a subsidiary of the Order AdvanCN.
