STRATEGIC PLAN SUMMARY

The strategic plan delineates the process of how we can achieve global social and economic
security and stability, and is a global initiative to secure the people’s commitment for the
development of the System Core.

Advancian is also a proposal of policies, standards, and best practices, as well as the construction of
the software applications to perfect our social and economic systems, to mitigate the theories,
policies, principles, practices, and methods that have caused, encouraged, and legitimized the

greatest harms. Advancian is composed of global concepts, processes, ideologies, as well as the
physical hardware and computerized system applications that will be required to ensure economic
security and social stability worldwide. It will also stimulate advances in technology, computing,
and large database research that will enable solution of Complex Global Challenges:

• Water Sustainability • Dynamic Cause and Effect Analysis

• Complex Biological System Analysis Systems:
• Replenishable Energy o Policy
• Clean Production and Manufacturing o Disease
Systems o Food Consumption
• Efficient Production and Distribution o Drug Research

Systems o Environmental Impact
Advancian makes use of right-minded logic that is constructive of the individual as well as each
nation. The concepts within the strategic plan:

• Ensure true democracy
• Stabilize the value of every nations’ currency (to prevent economic and social collapse)
• Ensure the just settlement of debt caused by flawed economic policy

• Ensure the individual can positively affect the outcomes produced by their society
• Ensure individuals are provided with the opportunities and education required to solve the
challenges that may endanger our long-term existence.

Some of the concepts introduced within this proposal are innovative; some are common sense
solutions that would not be effective if implemented fractionally.

Advancian uses Constructive Outcome Measures:

1. Must ensure freedoms and the right of life regardless of an individual’s classification
(nationality, religion, race, economic class, gender, etc.) to ensure true security; and may
not cause, nor promote physical harm.

2. Must produce constructive outcomes for every aspect of the social and economic systems
they affect.
