Compensation Inequality
• Arbitrary determination of labor value, which determines one’s social class, the availability
of resources, and the education one can afford.
• Slavery whether low wage, induced, or forced because of the concentration or the disparity
of wealth.
Academic and Information Inequity
• Inadequately informed and uneducated members of society.
• Limited, manipulated, and inaccessible information that prevents proper decision making.
• The high price of higher education.
We, as a society, have not confirmed the rights and standard needs for all people, and there is no
system accurately tracking the fulfillment of all needs to ensure they are met. Because people lack
accurate information, they are not conscious of the true scale of need, nor the need for resource
conservation. We require a root cure to reverse these negative effects.
THE SOLUTION
Though many achievements have been made, and numerous people assisted, the war against
poverty, exploitation, and corruption has been fought unsuccessfully for centuries. The war has not
been lost, only slow to utter the victory cry, awaiting the ideals and constructs of an awakened
generation.
The initiative, Advancian, is not a fractional approach to solve our challenges, nor is Advancian a
request for a small stipend to place a bandage on a festering wound, because, what is required is a
systemic cure.
Advancian is a complete solution proposal to remedy the dysfunction of process and policy that has
led to: monetary instability, unemployment, labor and human rights violations, welfare
dependency, poverty; and unaffordable healthcare, housing, healthy food, medicine, education,
and training.
To solve our challenges what is required is a centralized system that:
1. Accurately conveys information that details needs
2. Accounts for all material resources and human resources
3. Determines the true cost of providing needs
4. Ensures adequate compensation and stabilizes costs
