5. Allows people to actively participate in the construction and approval of legislation, and to
control the judicial process and outcomes to ensure justice for all people.

Advancian is the proposal of a systemic solution based on a global vision that can end social and
economic injustice.

The task of creating a compassionate and just society seems daunting. Yet, the causes of poverty
and inequity will continue to exist without international collaborative action and the building of a
Global Information System (GIS), that is able to intake and disseminate accurate data – knowledge
of both good and evil.

THE SYSTEM CORE
The concepts the System Core makes use of are based on logic, and the effects derived from the
observance of natural laws, that unlike the laws of man, are unalterable; and truth which reveals
the positive and negative effects of actions.

The proposal we submit to you is indeed no small task, and yet it is a task that must be undertaken

if mankind is to unite, if war is to be prevented, if poverty is to claim no further victims – as poverty
was contrived in the minds of evil men and prospers because of the absence of love, because
destructive men and women have prevailed.

The System Core is necessary and plausible
We must advance jointly, to ensure that:

• An open system that takes all actions into account is created
• The system tracks all needs, the distribution of all resources, and details all

compensation and exchanges
• The data is accessible to all people
• Every individual contributes to the formation of agreements that govern their
interactions
• The people have the right to amend the system, should corruption occur
As we proceed, the System Core will be outlined in context of how it will enable achievement of the
concepts proposed and as a solution to the problems addressed in this opening statement.

Due to the international climate of distrust and the failures and corruption of current
administrative bodies, the initiative we are proposing requires an unbiased, honest, effective, and
independent leadership to establish international communication and to inspire global cooperation
to ensure the System Core’s development. Further, the vast scope of this initiative requires a
conglomerate of individuals from numerous industries.
