7. Shift Differential
a. If you work a tradition shift of 9:00 am to 5:59 pm, leave the CPL option at 1
b. If you work an evening shift from 6:00 pm to 11:59 pm select CPL 1.5
c. If you work an overnight shift from 12:00 am to 8:59 am select CPL 2
d. If you work on a holiday select CPL 2

8. Travel Compensation
a. Select the number of days you travel to work. You will be compensated by the GCTA
for 90 minutes of travel time each day. The optimal goal is one-way travel of 45-
minutes or less to reach your place of employment.
9. Overtime Compensation
a. Any amount of time (hours or minutes) in excess of the standard work-week
(determined by national agreement) should be placed in the Over-time Minutes
fields. Hours will be automatically converted to minutes.

the variable rates of compensation for your age, and approximate life span.

Differential Perceived Value and High Demand (PVHD) and Resource Conservation and
Population Reduction Incentive (RCPRI) are optional factors enacted by legislative
agreement to increase compensation or Product and Service True Cost to quickly respond
to economic factors fairly for all people.
