 (G/L) Assurance of basic necessities (food, housing, education, utilities, medicine,
technology, etc.) as part of the Standard Needs Earned Equity System
Agreements approved by the people

 (G/L) Assurance of Justice and Physical, Resource, Financial, and Social security
for all people:
o (P) Legislation and judicial outcomes, production rights, and resource
allocation will be proposed, investigated, reviewed, and approved by the
People; with each individual having equality of vote, and job and rights
protection, regardless of gender, race, color, origin, class, religion, sexual

gender preference, physical handicap, or age.
 (G) The end of imprisonment and fines for victimless crimes; the incorporation of
Cause and Affect Training for minor transgressions; and the use of exile in-lieu-of
the death penalty or imprisonment.

 (C) Complete corporate, administrative, household (inner family members only),
and governmental transparency (with exception to military intelligence).
