systems function. Based on the cumulative state of our current global economic outcomes, our
systems have failed.

If the System Core ever deviates from its mission, the people will have the constitutional right to
amend or disable it. However, corrupt systems are a reflection of the individuals who control the

governance of its laws, policies, practices, and precedents.

We all require financial and physical security to ensure our basic necessities. We also require access
to propose our ideas to determine if what we wish to create is valuable and desired by our
community, and the world.

Under the current systems of governance, most people are without access to resources to achieve
their potential. Many are without basic human requirements to ensure their life.

The system proposed herein ensures basic needs can be obtained, and that if our basic needs
cannot be met, it will give us factual evidence to determine the causes, so we can take appropriate
action. It ensures opportunities are accessible not only for those born into wealth, but also
available to each person with talent, intelligence, and earnest desire.
