The strategic plan is comprised of the plans for the software applications that enable the
actualization of the concepts, theories, policies, and goals within Advancian, and cumulatively
termed Willitism. The software applications and hardware are cumulatively termed the System
Core.
Information yields knowledge. Information allows us to determine what works so we can
determine constructive solutions. Information has the power to alter action and opinion. Actions
make use of force, and force is power. Thus, if one controls information, one controls the source
that yields power – the minds and thus the will of people.
With use of the System Core, individuals will have the means to input and process accurate
information to ensure the people are in full knowledge, and thus, in control of the systems they
require for an advanced society.
