Advancian will be introduced. Then, the plans processes, applications and concepts will be detailed.

THE SYSTEM CORE SUMMARY
The Centralization of Information, Not Power

The System Core is the centralization of information to ensure everyone has access and the ability
to ensure their effects are constructive, or to correct their action. The System Core is not the
concentration nor the centralization of power.

The individual is fundamental and vital to the System Core. The needs and desires of the individual
are used to compile data for strategic action and processes, to meet needs and desires, and to
warn of resource declines and production inefficiencies; and to ensure economic and monetary
equality, based on sound global standards.

The System Core is not a New World Order where the people are kept in submission with Orwellian
means of control with use of propaganda, surveillance, misinformation, denial of truth,
manipulation of the history and historical records, physical abuse, or fear.

Nor, is the System Core a system of theocracy, where priests or clergy claim right of knowledge of
God's rules and laws, and subjugate the will of the people through guilt and mind control.

The System Core is not the replacement of old regimes for equally abusive and self-serving
administrations, but a system that aids in the negation of the root cause of human errors and
ensures the option of choice, while adopting the best of man’s achievements.

WHAT IS THE SYSTEM CORE?

The System Core is a completely transparent, multi-national social and economic integrated global
computer system for the creation of money, open communication, accurate data collection and

processing for effect analysis, strategic planning, and process efficiency, to ensure the needs of
every person are met.

The System Core is a system to track all things, so we can view and analyze the effects that derive
from varied and diverse activities and the effects derived from the proper enforcement of laws.

Our world will be a different place; one that not necessarily lacks corruption, but makes it viewable
for all to see, so we can make better decisions to negate corruption and error.
